2-Way Airline Gang Valve

The 2-Way Airline Gang Valve is an essential plumbing component for any fishkeeper running multiple air devices from a single pump outlet. It splits one incoming airline into two independently adjustable outlets, each controlled by a thumbscrew or lever valve that allows the flow to be finely tuned or fully closed on a per-line basis.

This is particularly useful when one pump outlet needs to supply two tanks or devices with different airflow requirements — for example, a large airstone that needs more flow and a small sponge filter that needs less. Rather than replacing the pump, the gang valve simply diverts the right proportion of air to each device.

Made from durable plastic with brass or stainless valve screws, most gang valves handle standard 4mm airline tubing and provide a secure press-fit or barbed connection. The compact size allows them to be mounted on a tank rim, cabinet wall, or left freestanding beside the pump. A check valve should always be used downstream to prevent back-siphon.
