At AquaStore Antwerp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most products can be returned within 30 days in original condition with your receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that live animals including fish, plants, and invertebrates have a separate policy and must be returned within 7 days if there are any health concerns, as their wellbeing is our top priority.
