Acrylic Aquarium Lid 60cm

This clear acrylic lid provides a lightweight, shatter-resistant alternative to glass for 60cm aquariums. At 3mm thickness, the panel is rigid enough to span the full 60cm width without visible flex, while remaining significantly lighter than equivalent glass. The pre-drilled 50mm circular feeding hole allows targeted feeding without fully removing the lid. Snap-fit side clips at both ends of the panel engage with the tank rim to hold the lid securely in place, preventing it from being pushed off by jumping fish. The crystal-clear acrylic transmits light at over 92% efficiency, preserving the quality of LED and T5 lighting systems. Acrylic is also warmer to the touch than glass, reducing cold-spot condensation drips into the tank.
