Aquarium Foam Mat 60x30cm

This closed-cell EVA foam mat is an essential accessory for any aquarium placed on a hard stand surface. By filling microscopic voids between the tank base and the stand top, the mat distributes the weight of water and substrate uniformly across the entire glass base, dramatically reducing the risk of stress fractures. At 5mm thickness, it provides effective cushioning without raising the tank to a problematic height. The closed-cell foam structure resists water absorption, so it will not degrade or compress over time when exposed to drips and splashes. Simply trim to size if needed using scissors, and place between stand top and tank base before filling. Compatible with all glass and acrylic tanks with a 60x30cm base footprint.
