The Aquarium Heating Pad – Seedling and Fry Mat 10W is a low-wattage flexible mat designed to sit under small breeding containers, fry tanks, and egg incubation trays to provide the gentle, consistent bottom heat needed during the most temperature-sensitive stages of aquatic life.

At 10 watts, the mat raises temperatures by approximately 3–5°C above ambient in small enclosed containers, without risk of overheating fry or eggs the way a full aquarium heater might if improperly sized. The flexible PVC construction conforms to slightly uneven surfaces and is waterproof on the top surface for use in damp cabinet environments.

Highly versatile — suitable for egg tumblers, hatching trays, live food cultures such as daphnia or artemia, and any situation where a gentle, even heat source from below is preferred over a submersible element.
