Black Nutrient-Rich Planted Soil (3L)

Black nutrient-rich planted soil delivers a ready-to-use growing medium combining organic humus, volcanic minerals, and chelated trace elements in a single substrate layer. The dark colouration subtly lowers light reflection inside the tank, encouraging natural fish behaviour and enhancing the visual contrast of green and red aquatic plants.

The fine-grain texture compacts gently around delicate roots without suffocating them, while its porous structure supports a thriving community of beneficial root-zone bacteria. pH is mildly buffered toward the slightly acidic range preferred by the majority of tropical aquatic plants. A 3-litre bag covers approximately 30 × 30 cm at a 5 cm depth, making it ideal for nano to medium planted tanks.
