Black Rose Neocaridina

The Black Rose Neocaridina is a refined, higher-grade strain of the Black Rose morph, distinguished from standard Black Rose shrimp by its deeper, denser, more uniformly opaque jet-black colouration achieved through extended selective breeding programs. Top-grade specimens show minimal transparency anywhere on the body, with even the legs displaying full black pigmentation.

Despite its premium visual impact, this morph is fully beginner-friendly. It shares the same robust nature and adaptability of all Neocaridina davidi, tolerating a wide range of dechlorinated tap water conditions without the need for RO equipment or special substrates.

This strain is ideal for aquarists wanting to maintain colour grade consistency over time, as the higher-grade phenotype is more reliably reproduced across generations compared to lower-grade black Neocaridina lines.
