Boron is a structural micro-nutrient that plants cannot relocate once deposited in cell walls, making a continuous supply in the water column essential. It plays roles in cell division, pollen viability, carbohydrate metabolism, and calcium transport across membranes.

Boron deficiency in aquatic plants presents as distorted, thickened, or crinkled new growth, often with shortened internodes and abnormally dark colouration at growing tips. It is a relatively rare deficiency but can appear in heavily planted tanks relying on distilled or RO water with incomplete remineralisation.

This dilute solution delivers boron at a safe, plant-appropriate concentration. It integrates with any trace element or all-in-one fertiliser regimen and does not significantly affect water chemistry parameters at the recommended dose.
