Freshly hatched brine shrimp nauplii are universally regarded as the single best live food for fish fry from the moment they begin free-swimming. These high-grade decapsulated Artemia cysts have had their outer shell chemically removed, which serves two purposes: the hatch rate is improved because the nauplii do not have to break through the cyst shell, and the empty shells do not contaminate the fry tank, reducing the risk of shell ingestion blockages.

With a guaranteed hatch rate of over 90%, these cysts represent exceptional value. The 50g resealable foil packet includes sufficient cysts to run daily hatchery batches for several months of intensive fry rearing. Store sealed in the refrigerator after opening to maintain viability. A single 500ml hatchery run with one level teaspoon of cysts typically yields several thousand nauplii within 24 hours at 26°C.
