Bucephalandra 'Alamanda'

Bucephalandra 'Alamanda' stands out among the largely dark-toned Bucephalandra collection by offering fresh, bright-green foliage with a subtle silvery iridescent sheen rather than the more typical blue or violet. Named after the vibrant tropical Alamanda flower, it brings a sense of brightness and life to hardscape arrangements where darker companions can feel heavy.

The silvery sheen is most visible on young leaves as they emerge and reflects light with a clean, cool quality. Mature leaves maintain a rich bright-green colour that provides excellent contrast to dark mosses, dark Anubias, or black volcanic rock.
