Caridina babaulti Striped Shrimp

The striped morph of Caridina babaulti is the natural wild-type color form of this Indian freshwater shrimp, featuring a pale cream to beige body with a prominent dark dorsal stripe running from rostrum to tail. This unmodified natural appearance offers hobbyists a window into the original ecology of the species. Hardy and adaptable compared to fancy Caridina, C. babaulti striped tolerates a wider range of water parameters and is an excellent choice for those new to the Caridina genus.
