CO2 Bubble Counter

A CO2 bubble counter is an indispensable monitoring tool for any pressurised CO2 system, allowing the aquarist to visually verify injection rate in bubbles per second at a glance. This standalone acrylic unit mounts via a suction cup to the aquarium glass or sump wall and connects inline between the needle valve and diffuser using standard 4mm barbed fittings. The water-filled chamber makes individual bubbles clearly visible even at high injection rates, and the transparent acrylic body allows the fluid level to be monitored easily. Regular bubble counting ensures consistent CO2 dosing and helps identify issues such as needle valve drift, solenoid failure, or cylinder depletion early before plants or livestock are affected.
