Eheim Inlet Strainer 16/22mm

The Eheim Inlet Strainer is a genuine OEM replacement component for the intake side of Eheim canister filters using 16/22mm hose connections, including the Classic 250, 350, and 600 series. The fine plastic mesh strainer prevents gravel, snails, small fish, and large debris from entering the filter body and damaging the impeller. Over time strainers accumulate biofilm and detritus that restricts flow; replacing the strainer periodically restores full inlet flow. Also compatible with many third-party canister filters and powerheads using the same hose size. Rinse the strainer weekly during regular maintenance to maintain optimal flow rate.
