Glass Aquarium Lid 60cm

A toughened glass lid is the most effective and discreet way to reduce evaporation and prevent fish escapes in open-top aquariums. This lid is cut from 4mm toughened safety glass with polished edges to prevent chip-related injuries during handling. Two plastic hinge clip brackets attach to the tank rim and support the glass panel in a slightly raised position, allowing gas exchange while keeping the panel secure. A pre-cut cable notch at the rear fits heater cables and filter tubes without requiring additional trimming. The glass maintains water temperature more effectively than mesh or plastic alternatives and allows full light transmission into the tank. Supplied with two hinge clips as standard; additional clips can be purchased separately for reinforcement.
