Hang-On Back Heater 100W

The Hang-On Back Heater 100W clips onto the rear rim of the aquarium, with the heating element submerged and the thermostat controls accessible above the waterline. This design makes temperature adjustments quick and safe — no reaching into the tank required.

The 100W element is suited to aquariums of 50–100 litres. A built-in suction tube draws tank water over the heating element and returns it at temperature, providing gentle circulation that supplements the main filter. The clip bracket accommodates glass and acrylic rims up to 12mm thick.

Particularly useful for tanks with limited internal space, breeding setups, or hospital tanks where the keeper needs to adjust temperature frequently during treatment protocols. The compact above-waterline control panel shows a clear temperature indicator.
