Magnetic Algae Cleaner – Small

The small magnetic algae cleaner consists of two pieces held together through the glass by strong magnets — one cleaning pad on the inside and one handle piece on the outside. Moving the outer piece glides the inner scrubbing pad across the internal glass surface, removing green algae film effortlessly without putting hands into the water.

Designed for glass up to 6mm thick, this model is ideal for standard nano, community, and planted tanks up to approximately 100L. The inner pad uses a material that is effective against soft algae without scratching glass.

For convenience, most models feature a floating outer piece so that if the magnets separate, the outer component can be retrieved from the water surface rather than sinking. Quick daily passes prevent algae build-up that would otherwise require a scraper.
