Marsilea hirsuta In-Vitro

Marsilea hirsuta is native to Australia where it grows as a semi-aquatic fern in seasonally inundated wetlands. In the aquarium it produces two- or four-lobed leaves resembling miniature clover on short stalks, creating a charming, natural-looking foreground display. It is highly adaptable and uniquely tolerant, growing in low light and without CO2 injection — one of very few foreground plants capable of forming a reasonable carpet in truly low-tech conditions. The TC format ensures completely clean, pest-free plantlets.
