Master Saltwater Test Kit

The Master Saltwater Test Kit provides a complete liquid reagent testing solution for marine aquariums, covering the five parameters most critical to fish and invertebrate health in reef and fish-only-with-live-rock (FOWLR) systems. The inclusion of an alkalinity (KH) test alongside the standard nitrogen cycle parameters addresses the additional buffering requirements of marine chemistry.

All reagents are formulated to account for the high ionic strength of saltwater, which can interfere with freshwater-grade reagents and produce inaccurate results. The colour comparator cards are calibrated specifically for the lower nutrient concentrations targeted in marine systems — for example, the nitrate card resolves clearly at 0, 2.5, 5, and 10 ppm rather than the higher freshwater scale.

The kit includes five sets of reagent bottles, glass test tubes, colour cards, a tube rack, and a complete marine chemistry reference guide.
