Microbe-Lift Nite-Out II contains a concentrated culture of Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter species — the two primary nitrifying bacteria groups responsible for converting ammonia to nitrite and nitrite to nitrate respectively. Unlike broad-spectrum bacterial products, Nite-Out II focuses exclusively on the nitrification pathway, making it highly effective at accelerating new tank cycling and recovering nitrogen processing after disruptions. The formula is stable at room temperature and begins colonizing filter media within hours of application. Initial dose is 29ml per 38L, with maintenance doses weekly.
