Seachem Flourish Excel delivers polycycloglutaracetal, an organic carbon compound that plants can assimilate directly without CO2 injection equipment. It supports photosynthesis and plant metabolism, making it ideal for low-tech or non-injected planted tanks. The standard dose is 5ml per 200L daily, with a double dose recommended for the first day of use. Flourish Excel is also known to inhibit certain nuisance algae such as black beard algae and staghorn algae when used consistently. Safe for most fish and shrimp at recommended doses.
