Zinc Sulphate Solution 250ml

Zinc is a micro-nutrient involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in plants, including those governing auxin synthesis (the primary plant growth hormone), protein synthesis, and membrane integrity. Zinc deficiency causes stunted growth, small and malformed leaves, shortened internodes, and delayed root development.

In aquariums zinc is rarely supplemented as part of standard fertiliser programmes, which can lead to gradual depletion in heavily planted, regularly water-changed tanks. This solution provides zinc sulphate at a precise, low concentration that safely corrects deficiency without approaching toxic thresholds.

Because zinc is toxic to invertebrates at elevated concentrations, doses must be measured carefully in tanks housing shrimp or snails. The recommended dose is safe for fish and most invertebrates when applied correctly.
