About

The Albino Bristlenose Pleco is a selectively bred colour morph of Ancistrus cirrhosus, displaying a cream to pale orange-white body with characteristic pink or red eyes. It retains all the hardiness, cave-breeding capability, and algae-grazing ability of the standard form, making it equally popular among beginners and experienced fishkeepers.

Feeding: Herbivore; algae wafers, blanched greens, cucumber, zucchini, driftwood. Behaviour: Nocturnal; peaceful; males develop prominent bristles and guard egg clutches in caves.
