About
Balloon Mollies are a selectively bred form of Poecilia sphenops with a rounded, compressed body. Available in black, dalmatian, gold, and orange varieties. Hardy and prolific livebearers that prefer slightly brackish or alkaline hard water. Active community fish that get along with most other peaceful species. Pack of 4 assorted.
Care Guide
Keep in groups; at least 60 L. Prefer slightly alkaline, hard water — a teaspoon of aquarium salt per 10 L is beneficial. Feed flake, blanched vegetables, and algae wafer. Give vegetables regularly as they graze on algae. Very easy to breed.
