About
Blue Velvet Shrimp are a vivid blue colour variant of Neocaridina davidi. They display a solid, deep blue colouration with excellent coverage. Like all Neocaridina shrimp, they are hardy, easy to breed, and tolerate a range of water conditions. An excellent beginner shrimp that adds striking colour to planted nano tanks. Pack of 5.
Care Guide
Keep in a well-established, heavily planted tank of at least 20 L. Feed Shrimp King or similar balanced shrimp food, blanched vegetables, biofilm. Compatible with other Neocaridina variants but will interbreed and produce brown offspring. Keep water parameters stable. Breed readily in clean, cycled water.
