About
The Blueside Fairy Wrasse displays vibrant purple-blue sides and a deep red dorsal area during courtship displays in males. Best kept as one male with several females to observe spectacular flashing behaviour. A reef-safe fairy wrasse, peaceful with most inhabitants and harmless toward corals.
Care Guide
Keep one male to several females. Tightly fitted lid essential. Feed mysis, copepods, and marine flake 2–3 times daily. Introduce before more aggressive species. Reef-safe; safe with corals, live rock, and larger invertebrates. Sandy substrate for sleeping is appreciated. Males display most intensely in groups.
