Brazilian Gramma

Gramma linki hails from deeper Brazilian reefs and displays a delicate lavender to pale violet colouration with a faint yellow posterior. Less commonly available than G. loreto but equally hardy once acclimatised. A small cave or PVC tube hideout helps it settle quickly.

Provide rock caves and overhangs for shelter. Feed mysis, krill, and small meaty marine foods twice daily. Semi-aggressive toward conspecifics — keep one per system unless very large. Hardy and disease-resistant once settled. Peaceful toward dissimilar fish. A distinctive species for South Atlantic biotope aquariums.
