Chromis multilineata
Origin: Caribbean, Western Atlantic
Chromis multilineata is a subtly attractive Caribbean chromis with an olive-brown body edged by white-tipped dorsal and anal fins and a white-spotted tail. It forms large foraging schools over outer reef crests and adapts quickly to captive life. Exceptionally hardy and one of the best schooling fish for reef tanks.
Keep in groups of 5+ for natural schooling. Feed marine flake, mysis, enriched brine shrimp twice daily. One of the hardiest and longest-lived chromis species. Provide ample swimming space. Peaceful with virtually all reef fish. An underrated, reliable species that outlives more popular chromis varieties.
