About
Butterfly Platinum is a longfin metallic koi with a pure silver-white body and luxuriously extended fins that catch every ripple of light. A refined and graceful pond fish well suited to ornamental water gardens in Belgium and the Netherlands. The pure platinum colouration with flowing fins creates an ethereal, elegant display.
Care Guide
Requires a large, well-filtered pond (2,000L+). Feed quality koi pellets; adjust feeding schedule seasonally. The flowing longfins require excellent water quality — poor conditions cause fin fraying. Provide 1m+ depth for overwintering. Avoid mixing with aggressive fish that may damage the fins.
