Puntius titteya, the Cherry Barb, is one of the most popular and peaceful barbs. Males display vivid cherry-red colouration especially when in spawning condition. Unlike Tiger Barbs, Cherry Barbs are completely peaceful and suitable for planted community tanks with small, gentle fish. Pack of 10.

Keep in groups of 8+ for boldest male colouration. At least 50 L. Feed quality flake, micro pellets, frozen daphnia. Completely peaceful with all community fish. Prefers planted tanks and slightly shaded areas. Excellent beginner fish. Colouration intensifies in well-planted tanks with good feeding.
