About

Labidochromis chisumulae is a localised endemic from Chisumulu Island in Lake Malawi, less commonly available than L. caeruleus but highly prized by collectors. It displays a clean white to pale blue body with crisp black edging on the dorsal and pelvic fins, giving it an elegant, understated appearance. It has a relatively mild temperament for a mbuna.
