Cirrhitichthys falco (Falco Hawkfish / Spotted Hawkfish) is the most popular small hawkfish for reef aquariums. Compact size and spotted red-and-white pattern. Will sit motionless on coral branches for hours.

pH 8.1–8.3, SG 1.025, temp 24–27°C. Will eat ornamental shrimp — introduce shrimp first if possible. Generally reef-safe with fish and corals. Feed frozen Mysis, pellets.
