About
The classic orange Common Goldfish is the most widely kept goldfish in the world and has been a staple of Belgian and Dutch aquarium shops for generations. Hardy, fast-growing, and long-lived, it thrives in both aquariums and outdoor ponds. Best suited to large tanks or ponds due to its active nature and potential adult size of 30cm.
Care Guide
Keep in 200L+ aquariums or garden ponds. Very cold-hardy (4–24°C) — no heating required for outdoor ponds. Feed quality goldfish pellets and flake. Provide excellent filtration for the heavy waste load. Very active — do not house with slow fancy goldfish. One of the toughest and most forgiving fish for beginners.
