Danio margaritatus (formerly Celestichthys margaritatus), the Celestial Pearl Danio or Galaxy Rasbora, is one of the most beautiful nano fish discovered in recent decades. Deep blue body with cream/pearl spots and brilliant orange-red striped fins. From a single lake in Myanmar.

School of 8+. Heavily planted with cover. Temperature 22–26°C, pH 6.5–7.5. Feed baby brine shrimp, micro-pellets, Daphnia. Males display and court females constantly. Peaceful with all nano species.
