About
Dendrochirus brachypterus (Shortfin Dwarf Lionfish) is a compact lionfish reaching only 15cm. More suitable for smaller FOWLR tanks than the large Pterois volitans. Beautifully patterned.
Care Guide
pH 8.1–8.3, SG 1.025, temp 24–27°C. Eats small fish and crustaceans — FOWLR only. Wean onto frozen silversides and shrimp. Venomous dorsal spines.
