About
Devario aequipinnatus, the Giant Danio, is one of the largest danio species reaching 15 cm. Brilliant blue and gold horizontal stripes. An excellent dither fish to reduce shyness in cichlid tanks and a robust addition to large community tanks.

School of 5+. Strong filtration and flow. Temperature 20–25°C, pH 6.5–7.5. Feed pellets, flakes and live/frozen foods. Very active and fast — can stress slow tank mates.
