About
Caridina spinata, the Harlequin Shrimp or Harlequin Sulawesi Shrimp, is a visually dramatic Sulawesi endemic displaying a stark white body criss-crossed with broad black bands — a harlequin-like pattern unmistakable in the shrimp hobby. Like all Sulawesi shrimp it demands warm, alkaline water and extreme parameter stability. A prized display shrimp for dedicated Sulawesi lake biotope setups. Sold in a 5-pack.

Sulawesi conditions: temperature 28–30 °C, pH 7.8–8.5, GH 8–14, KH 4–8. RO water with SaltyShrimp Sulawesi Mineral recommended. Dense moss and biofilm surfaces. Feed bacterial foods and leaf litter.
