Corydoras cervinus
Also known as: Imitation Cory, False Trilineatus
Origin: South America
Corydoras cervinus exhibits a pattern that closely resembles that of other Corydoras species in its range, a fascinating example of Müllerian or Batesian mimicry within the genus. It is a medium-sized, adaptable species from Bolivia and Peru. Its subtle patterning and calm nature make it a pleasant addition to South American community aquariums.
