About
The Magoi is the ancestral wild-type koi, displaying a deep charcoal to black body with metallic scales that can develop a subtle bronze iridescence with age. An exceptionally fast-growing and robust koi that forms an impressive, dramatic backdrop in mixed pond displays. Revered in Japanese koi culture as the origin of all koi varieties.
