About
Cephalopholis miniata — the coral grouper or miniatus grouper — is one of the most beautiful large marine fish. Its vivid orange-red body is covered in brilliant blue spots. It is a mid-size grouper (30+ cm) suitable for large FOWLR systems. It will eat any fish or crustacean it can swallow and should only be housed with fish of similar or larger size. Bold personality and striking appearance make it a centrepiece fish for large display tanks.
