About
Blue Dream Shrimp (Neocaridina davidi var. 'Blue Dream') are a selectively bred colour variety displaying vivid solid blue colouration. Like all Neocaridina, they are hardy, easy to breed, and ideal for planted nano tanks. Excellent algae grazers and detritivores that keep the substrate clean.
Care Guide
Harder water with minerals improves coloration and breeding (GH 8–15). Keep in groups of 10+ for best breeding. Dense planting provides biofilm for grazing. Feed shrimp-specific pellets, blanched vegetables, and algae wafers. Do NOT use copper-based medications.
