About

The Yellow Sakura is a bright, sunshine-yellow Neocaridina davidi morph with consistent full-body coloration that pops brilliantly against dark substrates and green plants. Females display the most intense yellow hues and develop a distinctly yellow saddle and egg clutch, making berried females particularly eye-catching. As hardy and prolific as other Neocaridina variants, it is an excellent choice for aquarists seeking warm-toned shrimp.

Care Guide

Provide a planted aquarium with stable, clean water and moderate hardness. Feed dedicated shrimp foods, biofilm, and blanched vegetables. Breeding occurs readily; selective pairing of most vibrant yellow specimens maintains color intensity. Avoid copper-containing medications.
