Pundamilia nyererei
Also known as: Nyererei Victorian Cichlid, Nyererei
Origin: Lake Victoria, Africa
Pundamilia nyererei is endemic to Lake Victoria and is among the most colourful of all Victorian cichlids. Feeding: Omnivore; quality cichlid pellets, frozen mysis, algae content. Behaviour: Moderately aggressive; males competitive with each other. Compatibility: Victorian cichlid community; can mix with similar-sized Pundamilia species.
