Water: temp 22–28°C, pH 3.5–6.0, extremely soft; RO water conditioned with peat or catappa. Tank: minimum 30L species tank; blackwater setup with leaf litter and caves. Feeding: carnivore — live micro-foods (daphnia, artemia nauplii, micro worms) essential. Behaviour: peaceful; elaborate caudal fin displays during courtship. Compatibility: species-only setup strongly recommended.
