Simpsonichthys magnificus is a spectacular annual killifish from Brazil with metallic blue-green males and cryptically patterned females. One of the showiest South American killifish species. Annual — lives 6–12 months.
Care Guide
15 cm peat substrate for egg deposition. Soft, slightly acidic water. Temperature 24–27°C. Feed live and frozen foods. Annual diapause eggs stored dry for 4–6 months.
