About
Sitting just below the halfmoon threshold, the super delta is often considered the most practical long-fin betta: its broad spread creates an impressive display without the excess finnage that can lead to fin biting. Super deltas are robust, active fish with excellent colouration.
Care Guide
Water: 26-30°C, pH 6.0-7.5, soft to medium hardness — consistent temperature is key. Tank: minimum 20L, planted, with a secure lid and gentle filtration. Feeding: carnivore — betta pellets, frozen bloodworm, daphnia; feed twice daily. Behaviour: males will fight — keep one male per tank; otherwise peaceful. Compatibility: compatible with peaceful community fish and bottom dwellers.
