The Tracked Nerite features parallel stripe or track-like markings across a domed shell, giving it a clean, geometric appearance compared to other nerite patterns. Originating from East Africa, it shares the nerite family's renowned algae-eating prowess and cannot breed in freshwater, ensuring stable tank populations.

Feeding: Grazes algae from glass, rocks, and décor; accepts algae wafers as a dietary supplement. Behaviour: Active and peaceful; leaves calcified white eggs on hard surfaces that are harmless decor. Compatibility: Ideal with all peaceful community species and dwarf shrimp.
