About
Trichogaster microlepis, the Moonlight Gourami, has an ethereal silver-green body that shimmers like moonlight. More peaceful than most large gouramis. Males develop orange ventral fins. Excellent large community fish with an elegant, gliding swimming style.

Temperature 22–28°C, pH 6.0–7.5. Planted tank 150 L+. Peaceful with all similarly-sized fish. Floating plants appreciated. Feed flakes, pellets, frozen foods. Avoid keeping with very active, nippy species.
