Entacmaea quadricolor
Origin: Indo-Pacific (aquacultured morph)
This aquacultured Ultra Rose morph of Entacmaea quadricolor displays deep, saturated rose-pink colouration throughout its column and bubble-tipped tentacles. Highly sought after for its consistent colour and compatibility with Ocellaris and Percula Clownfish. Under stable conditions with good nutrition, bubble tip anemones will divide to expand the colony, offering long-term reward to dedicated reef keepers.
Requires a minimum 100 L reef tank with high lighting (LED or T5) and moderate flow. Feed meaty foods (mysis, silversides) 1–2 times per week once settled. Maintain temperature 24–28°C, SG 1.023–1.025, Ca 400–450 ppm, Alk 8–10 dKH. Allow space for expansion; can wander when unhappy. Avoid abrupt changes in lighting or chemistry.
