About
Canthigaster valentini — the Valentini or saddled toby puffer — is a small, charismatic puffer with distinctive bold colouration. Its personality — curious, food-responsive, and sometimes nippy — makes it a favourite for FOWLR tanks. Like all puffers it can and will bite corals and invertebrates, making it strictly FOWLR. It feeds with powerful beak-like teeth and requires hard-shelled food items to wear down teeth. An entertaining, interactive display fish.
