Cryptocoryne nurii
Origin: Malaysia
Cryptocoryne nurii 'Green Pahang' is a collector Cryptocoryne from the rainforest streams of Pahang, Malaysia. The green form is rarer than the red-tinged typical forms. Leaves are narrow and elongated with a hammered surface texture. Like all Cryptocoryne it prefers stable water conditions and low-medium light. It is susceptible to 'Crypt melt' — temporary leaf loss when water conditions change — but recovers quickly from healthy rhizomes.
Light: low-medium. Stable water parameters — avoid rapid changes. pH 6.0–7.5. Plant rhizome in substrate but do not bury the crown. Very forgiving once established.
